Restore your energy. Reconnect with your true nature. Rediscover joy.
Have you ever dreamed of living on a houseboat, cycling along the coast, or kayaking through historic canals? This retreat offers the chance to experience the magic of the Netherlands—while giving yourself the gift of restoration and well-being.
Your home base will be Utrecht—the oldest city in the Netherlands, celebrated for its vibrant canals, medieval charm, and welcoming atmosphere. Here, you’ll stay on a modern houseboat with every comfort you need, including a private garden and dock. Imagine sipping your morning coffee as the water flows by or unwinding in the evening after a day of exploration. This retreat allows you to experience the Netherlands like a local.
What You’ll Experience
Daily Movement – Gentle yoga in the park, cycling through coastal dunes and villages, and walking along the Amstel River.
Cultural Immersion – Explore Utrecht’s Dom Tower, Amsterdam’s canals, Haarlem’s hidden courtyards, and the windmills of Zaanse Schans.
Nature Connection – Bike rides along the sea, river walks past windmills, and restorative moments in parks and gardens.
Local Living – Wake up on a houseboat, shop at farmers’ markets, and enjoy the rhythm of Dutch life beyond the tourist paths.
Free Flow Day in Amsterdam – A full day to follow your heart: visit world-class museums, browse boutiques, sip coffee by the canals, or pause and soak in the city’s vibrant energy.
